Kevin was thorough, questioning the long term options I envisaged - not just the quick fix, whilst thinking of what is best for the office and the team working in it. Kevin came up with 2 options he felt would work and both were great options - creating more space.

" KG Office Design undertook the tasks of design and build of the fit-out of our new office premises.

Kevin took particular effort in understanding how our business operated and therefore the office flow required. We also had the opportunity for input throughout the design process to suggest ideas from our previous environment that we particularly liked.

Once design had been completed, the build process was fast efficient and tidy.As with any build there are challenges that need to be overcome and changes that need to be accommodated. Everything was taken in Grant and Kevin's stride, and nothing proved to be a problem that they could not overcome.

We are more than happy with the result, and everyday look forward to work in an environment that KG Office design has completed. "

" Diagnostic Medlab have been working with Kevin Garratt for approximately 10 years. In 1999 Diagnostic Laboratory merged with Medlab. We needed bigger premises and doubled the size of an existing building. I was one of the project managers for the merge to the new building.  Kevin assisted me with the furniture requirements.

His service during this time, and all other times, was better than could be expected. He helped with the moving of furniture that could be recycled as well as installation of new furniture.  He worked all hours to make sure that we could keep operating through the trying times of the move.

"NEXT Electronic Servicing has used the services of K G Office Design on three occasions. The first occasion was when we had a break-in, the second occasion was when we required two small offices to be built at our Head Office and the third occasion was when we relocated and refurbished our Manukau Service Centre.

On each occasion we found them most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They worked outside of normal business hours so as not to disrupt our work day and provided solutions to the many little things that people outside of the industry are not aware of.
